The Calumet Manufacturing Industry Sector Partnership (CMISP) is a group of active community businesses and partners working to link students who have academic, character, and career-specific skills to future jobs in high-demand industries. Over the last year, CMISP has brought together local school leaders and manufacturers to develop the talent pipeline through plant tours and career fairs, conversations around identifying foundational skills, and promoting careers in manufacturing. We have accomplished a lot in one year, but our work is far from over and we hope you will join us as a crucial part of the solution.
